Kindly refer the below image:

Is this normal behaviour or is there anything I can do to ‘fix’ this?

Limited by the provider, nothing to fix here you can order a premium plan.

By “provider” he means the limit hardcoded MikroTik settings.

I highly doubt that you have legit 1048576 concurrent queries, fix your firewall.
