DSLAM scenario to know what's the client DSL port number

Hello friends
We are using Zyxel DSLAM for dsl servicing and MikroTik as Main NAS .
Whats the best scenario to know DSL port number of clients on radius server authentication log ?
we have about 1000 user on dsl , some of users use one account on different dsl port number (tell number) , radius save the authentication logs but don’t have a DSL port number of clients .

for example , our logs are now like this :

AuthOk [USERNAME@MikroTik-RouterName:6177941^PPPoE-ServiceName:54:E6:FC:B3:4F:E4]

I see a logs on a ISP with below details : (Cisco routers and Huawei DSLAM)

AuthOk [USERNAME@DSLAM-Name Port 0/0/1/5:6177941^PPPoE-ServiceName:54:E6:FC:B3:4F:E4]

on above , Dslam is an identity of DSLAM with a port of client that use on that time , port 0/0/1/5 mean dsl 2nd dsl card and 6th dsl port number

I can do this with MikroTik and Zyxel DSLAM ?
if can How can I do this ?

Thanks
