Hello, i need your expert recommendation about which products are suitable for me.

Im from Puerto Pirámides, Patagonia Argentina, own a restaurant and my employees need constant access to internet to take the orders from costumers.

I need to plug two simultaneously 3g USB modem`s and ensure the WAN access 100% over time. My business uses the internet connection to operate and the 3g services are the only internet access available in my area.

Just use a MikroTik router that has two USB ports?
