What is the easiest way to limit SXT to 8Mbps on bridged network? How to create the queue?

Easiest way is to limit the ethernet interface.
/interface ethernet set ether1 bandwidth=8M/8M

That command is not possible in at least this SXT on the latest firmware. It is in the winbox interface, but only allowed for the Tx setting. Is it a bug?
