Error: 403 Forbidden Access Denied

I get this message for certain sites… like Youtube & several others.

MikroTik HttpProxy
Error: 403 Forbidden Access Denied

None of the sites are pornographic or offensive in nature.
I ask my service provider… but he says its not him.. that its MikroTik.

I don’t believe him… can you confirm my opinion?
Any help in this regard is appreciated.

see your RouterOS access list in Webproxy

I did look for Webproxy.. but couldn’t find it

/ip proxy menu is used for proxy.

same problem facing me especially when trying to download from google playstore
is it because I am using load balancing PCC ?
and webproxy is disabled on my mikrotik
