Error: Connect failed: 10061 version: 6.34rc34

Hi all
I have downloaded an run dude 6.34rc34 version.
as you can see below, I can’t connect to 127.0.0.1 and localhost with this error message [Error: Connect failed: 10061]
Does anyone have any ideas?

New the Dude builds no longer have windows server option.

The Server is on MikroTik x86, have the same problem. I did like says here http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:The_Dude_v6/MigrationToNewDude
and get “action timed out” error

Time out error will appear on import/export of larger DB files. You can ignore that and try connecting to server after a while. There have been reports that in some cases server disable/enable or system reboot is required so if connection does not work you can try that.

We still need to add some progress indicator for DB import/export actions.

Having same error when trying to connect with client. So I went to the server and did the terminal command

/dude print

all it showed was

error - contact MikroTik support and send a supout file (2)

Steps I took"

  • Reboot router.

  • Disable dude package, reboot.

  • Enable dude package, reboot.

  • Uninstall dude package, reboot

  • reinstalled dude package, reboot

Still no dice. Anyone else have this issue?

I would like to add that this is a new install of dude, so no previous DBs to import.

After 30 minutes of waiting, I still could not log in to my server, so I restarted it, after the restart it connected. But the happiness did not last long, in an hour this error appears again and restart does not help :frowning:

@vipermx2

The Dude will not work in v6.33.5. It was uploaded for that version by mistake. You need latest v6.34rc build server and client.

@dimanes

Please check with v6.34rc41 build, if the same problem is there after attempt to import db file then generate supout file and send it to support@mikrotik.com

I had the same problem, but I SOLVED it by doing the following on my Cloud Core Router:

/dude
set enabled=yes

Then the 10061 message went away.

I’m having the same problem on v6.38.1 New installation with database imported. Everything imported successfully, and when I began to modify some of the devices it froze.
I already tried to reboot the router, and restart the dude service.
Please help!

I can’t even get my server to run the command /dude/ It doesn’t recognize it
