error simultaneous session limit reached

Recently i bought CCR-1016 router board, where i have the problem of “error simultaneous session limit reached” appeared for a lot of our clients, i tried to find out the way to solve this but i cant, the only thing that appear not logic that the session for the same user was repeated or replicated for 8 sessions at the same time on the user manager session screen. how could this happen?

but the main problem was in configuration of radius server and already it was solved

I want to ask you, you limit the user to 1Mbps speed it is?
It is the user can get nearly 1Mbps, or below than that?
because i set the user to 2Mbps, but hotspot clients just only get 0.2Mbps or around that only, do you have this kind of problems?

Are your hotspot output only one ether port?
or you use several port?

actually I have the same problem and my hotspot output is not only on one ether port
I use several ports connected to wireless APs
what can I do to avoid this error

Hi,

How we can avoid to get an error as " simultaneous session limit reached " while user trying to log to hotspot…since we need to restrict single user at a time with their account. We don’t want to give multiple user access the same account. We already changed shared user but it’s not working…
Any one can help

Log into your Mikrotik via Winbox.

IP>Hotspot>User Profile> Default User profile. Double click and open the default profile. The option “shared users” shouldn’t be configured.
