Excellent Signal, Horrible CCQ

I have 3 RB411AR Units, v4.6

They are: MAIN, A, B

MAIN → A has WDS
MAIN → B has WDS

Signal Strength is -50dBM
Signal to Noise is 58dB
Tx/RX CCQ is 50/30

That is the reading of the registration for Router A, and the readings for Router B are similar.

There are many metal posts and boats here, but the routers have line of sight.

Any ideas?

EDIT: When I run bandwidth test, the CCQ goes up to around 70/70. Why does CCQ go down with less traffic? Also, even at 70/70, it still seems low.

when there is no traffic: ccq level is not significative.
try also: lower power you output (raise antenna gain), change frequency

I lowered the “card rate” to 12 in tx-power on each unit. This puts ccq in 90+ range now.
