I am trying to export a public IPSEC key via /ip/ipsec/key/export-pub-key but I get the following message:
failure: unable to encode key!

I suspect this may have been broken in “ipsec - refactor public key authentication;” in 7.10. As a workaround you can generate the key elsewhere and copy it to the routeros box.
Just to update. I reported this issue to Mikrotik support. They came back with an 7.12 alpha build which includes the fix to this issue. So I suppose this will be resolved at least in the official 7.12 release (or next update).
