Thanks for your suggestion, I have implemented Ubuntu Server and Squid+Cachevideos. It is working perfectly but I have some problems with limiting speed for my users when they download content that is not in cache Squid usese all of my bandwidth I tried to limit speed for squid but than speed of my clients is small. I want to know if there is any way to configure like for Mikrotik webproxy so when users use internet, squid to download with their speed.

Muhammad, I don’t exactly understand why you need the pppoe connection back to the Mikrotik router. Why can’t you just use the existing 192.168.100.2 link?
Is this perhaps because of the packet flow?
