Filter rule !80 whats the exclamation do?

Hi, what does the small square box do next to input selection, when you enable it adds an excamation mark? ie !80

it means NOT 80
so that rule would be applyed to ALL ports put 80

Lets say your blocking p2p, but you want p2p to be avalible on computer 192.168.0.3
you could say src address !192.168.0.3
so it would apply to ALL but 192.168.0.3
