Forum LOCKED? why nearly almost topics showing locked?

Hi guys

about 90% Of the Forum topics seem to be closed.. locked.. any special information we are all missing?

only topics on beta section of the forum, other sections work normally

Today New topics can’t be made, but answers can be written
