FTC21: Port2 does not forward traffic

I succesfully used FTC21 as fiber/copper-converter until I had to use Port2 for additional device. I found out that my FTC21 does not forward traffic from SFP-Port to Port2 but only between Port1 and SFP-Port. Only between Port2 and Port1 communication is possible. I even did a reset to factory but issue is the same.

Any hints or know problem?

SwOS is 2.21

No problem at all, but before buy is better to read manuals and watch diagram...
