google.com or any website doesn't ping but IP can

Dear users,

My routesOS is working smoothly by load balancing between 2 WAN (1 PPPoe client and 1 broadband static IP where mac security is enable) line using PCC. I create it by the help of Wiki.mikrotik.

Anyway, I have no problem except ONE. For testing purpose I cannot ping “google.com” or others from TOOLS >> PING in Winbox. But it can ping a IP !! Can’t find the solution by searching the forum.

Please tell me why does it heppen ?? Thanks.

check DNS settings on the router and PC you are pinging from.

Yes, I think my DNS settings is OK. please see the attached file more other infos. As see in the screen shot the google.com doesn’t ping but only can ping.

Can someone explain me why, What I m wrong ?
