hAP ac^2 Factory Reset Button Not Work

Hello,

I have an hAP ac^2 router, I closed the web configuration page accidentally After that I try to reset my router according to the user guide but it is not work. The router doesn’t give me the correct IP(192.168.88.0/24), I attached the screenshot it shows the assigned IP, I think it did not come from the router.

Do you have any idea? What am I doing wrong?

I follow https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16351533 “Buttons and jumpers” to reset my router.

Same problem here on an ac3. Did you manage to solve it?
