Hi, I have problem with hAP ac2. None of ethernet port working, Windows don’t see cable is connected. I checked board and there is nothing burned on it. Where should I search for a problem? I will try to connect board with UART, but maybe there is some part on board that I can check first?
PWR led is on, USR too.
Is there any LED activity (blinking) when you attempt to go in Netinstall mode (press and hold reset button and then apply power)?
No there is no led activity on ports with netinstall.

In our provisioning process some hap ac lites and recently a few hap ac 2s were “bricked” after installing them via Flashfig. They showed the same behavior (LEDs not showing up, sometimes the ethernet link flaps sometimes you do not see anything from the device when connected to either a switch or directly to a computer)
The trick is to setup netinstall correctly (see wiki) - sometimes you need to try an older netinstall version (for example 6.42.9 netinstall works flawlessy for us for all devices, but newer versions sometimes mess things up) and press reset while powering on the device. I would suggest to hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds, then release it and wait (!). Sometimes the devices take up to 3 or 4 minutes until they finally show up in netinstall.
Tried 6.42.9 version, set IP 192.168.88.2, mask 255.255.255.0, gate 192.168.88.1, DNS 192.168.88.1, netbooting 192.168.88.3, I was holding the button for 30 sec. and after release waited over 5 minutes. Nothing showed up.
User led turning on and off every 5 seconds.

Can someone say what capacity have capacitors selected with cirlces? One under sticker (ethernet capacitor) looks like this one near power socket.
