hAP ax S + SFP ONT Temperature

Hi, I bought a hAP ax S earlier this year along with a Leolabs Leox LXT-010S-H fiber module to connect to my residential fiber network to replace an Orange Livebox 5. I finally set it up today after getting through all the slightly incorrect guides on the internet and one thing I noticed is the extreme heat of the fiber module. It is definitely too hot to touch, so it's got to be at least 45C. Is this normal or may I have done something wrong?

I checked the product page (https://mikrotik.com/product/hap_ax_s) and it says the ambient temperature can be as high as 70C but what about the internal temperature of the router?

As far as I can tell, the Livebox 5 that I replaced isn't that hot on any exposed surface.

Update: I didn't realize RouterOS had some sensing capabilities and the current temperature of the fiber module is 69C. The fiber module is rated as high as 85C.

for the sfp to read e.g. temperature

/interface ethernet monitor <sfp-interface-name>

and for the hap ax s. it should have at least a cpu temperature reading:

/system health print

Interesting, I never had a Mikrotik device that exposed any temperature sensor values. My CPU temperature has been somewhere between 67-69C when I've looked at it recently and the SFP reading is reliably around 69C. Hopefully it will be a lower temperature when it isn't as hot around here.
As a side note, the leolabs people have a post mentioning that their modules can get very hot, so it's probably something I should have expected: https://www.leolabs.pl/blog/sfp-slots-in-context-of-gpon-sfp-stick.html .

And it is a fiber module, a copper one would probably be over 80°.
