hAP ax3 2ghz "Link downs"

I have noticed in WinBox Status of wireless 2ghz interface “Link downs” counter increasing over time. Sometimes timestamps for “down” and “up” are only couple of minutes apart, sometimes 10 minutes apart.

Those “Link downs” are not that many to be worried about, but still, I am genuinely curious why those happen. There are no any of them for 5ghz interface.

Some people mentioned here on the forum that “Link down” happens when there is no client connected. But I am not entirely convinced in that. Could anyone enlighten me? A link to the documentation or something.

How do I check the logs for the reasons for these “Link downs”?

I can post config of my router if it would be helpful.

A wireless/wifi interface with no clients connected, is usually considered as being down.

Nothing to be worried about.

I actually came on here to ask “Is there a way to reset links down” until I read that rebooting the router resets this counter! So that’s now led me to ask why so many links down??
