Can the RBM33G with a R11e-5HnD be used in the EU and The US?

I currently use this setup in the US, but have some questions if it can be used in the EU or what would need to change to do so? Is this just a mere configuration setup change from US to EU count or is there so other regulation that is preventing this from being used in the EU?

Unlike US, which sometimes requires hardware with specific limitations built-in, EU AFAIK doesn't. This means that you can use R11e-5HnD, purchased in US, in EU. Just make sure you change country setting to reflect actual country of residence (to enforce applicable limitations) and you should be fine.
