Port 3 should be used for Starlink, connected via DHCP.

Ports 4 and 5 should be bridged together to create a DS-CIP bridge with IP address 192.168.99.1.
I want the fiber connections to work together to maximize speed (load balancing or bonding).
Games like PUBG and Yemeni-specific apps should use the fiber connection.
All other applications should use Starlink.
If the fiber goes down, Starlink should take over completely.
Cloud services must run through the fiber connection only, as Starlink doesn’t support them.
