I have a ccr2004, the fan is running super strong, it's like a plane is taking off... the ccr has power but there is no boot up on the interfaces.. any body help... I tried replacing the power supply, still the same
Connect a console cable and check if there are any messages.
No action like light in the port

Keep in mind that RouterOS uses 115200 8N1, hardware flow control (RTS/CTS) by default, and that we are talking about a serial port, not ethernet.
If you don't see anything on the console port when it starts can mean that the box is very dead or the serial port very disabled.
