I used that same site and tried everything. Very typical. Scares novice users.
My router firewall was completely secure. I played with tarpitting, that produced fun results. You gotta wonder what would happen if I just repeated the test over and over using tarpitting ? Would the auditmypc server get a bit overloaded ?
First use firefox for a whole host of reasons, namely that it has plugins. Go get adblock, noscript, Better Privacy, WOT and Refcontrol and set it to no referer…

I use DeepFreeze on my computers. That takes some skill to use correctly but I don’t need a virus scanner.
it still dont work, also its not just for my pc but for my router, meaning i dont want my routers internal ip’s , dns details to show … i went to another site and they also show my Pc’s ip, my routers ip & my isp ip/dns…
is there know way of blocking this..?

This does not necessarily mean your firewall is malfunctioning or improperly configured. The method we used will sneak past most firewalls. Why? Because we use Java to grab the information and then pass it on to the server (Notice how everything ran without prompting you?)
I would not worry to much, but you could try something like NoScript for Firefox.
I agree, there needs to be a way to disable the proxy forwarded for header.
