Help me with a queue setup.

Can anybody help me with this?

I have a MT serving a Lan with Local Ip range 192.168.1.0
the whole Lan has a internet line with bandwidth of 2 Mbits/s.(IP eg 69.69.69.69)
How can i setup the router so i totally block all P2P traffic (except only one PC with given Ip 192.168.1.90) and prioritize http traffic..

i read the manual and i’m so confused i will need a step by step guide.. if anyone can do this

Simply put in a firewall rule to block all P2P except from said IP

Add firewall rule (/ ip firewall filter add chain=input p2p=all-p2p action=drop) like that …

it doesn’t work i think.
Azureus continues to connect and download at full speed.
