[HELP] wlan disabling

RouterBOARD wAP R-2nD, RouterOS 6.47.2.
I have configured a wlan1 as “station” mode and wlan2 as virtual of wlan1, “ap bridge” mode.
wlan1 is connected wirelessy to an internet provider.
When wlan1 loses connection, wlan2 is immediately disabled!

These are 2 consecutive lines from log:
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx@wlan1 : lost connection, no beacons received
yy:yy:yy:yy:yy:yy@wlan2 : disconnected, disabling

I want the wlan2 access point to always remain active, regardless of the wlan1 connection.
Can anyone help me?

Set it in opposite way. AP Bridge for wlan with virtual client.

But then you have to be in sync with the channel settings of the internet provider, at least.
By using station you are tracking the ISP channel setting, the AP uses the same interface setting.
Very typical for a one-radio “repeater” setup.

You need a second radio for your AP functionality. Typical for a 2 band device (2.4 and 5 GHz) you use the other band.

One partly workaround is using a connect list, and always having an SSID to connect to. (I even added my personal hotspot on my smartphone, as one of the SSID, so that the AP function would start.)

For sure, two radios are twice more than one. Therefore I like to use rb433 with three radios on such scenario. One as client, one as ap and one as secondary ap or backup client. But when op wants to solve his problem with one radio, he should follow my suggestion.
