i have a router os and i forgot password and i dont have any backup from it.i found yhat i can recovery it with netinstall..but i want to know:am i lost the licence?

No the license will stay with it as long as you use Netinstall. Do not format the hard drive with any other tool other than Netinstall however as then you will loose the license and need to go through support/sales for another one.
