I have one hEX S with issue power, it can not boot after turn off power and on again. it only have one power led, don't have any include sound. but after turn power off 10-20 minute, then turn power on again, it can boot and run normal. If turn off and on power within 1-2 minute, the router can not boot again , it come back hang status . Must wait 10-20 minute then turn on power the router can boot and run normal. anyone know why and help me solve this issue. note i have try run netinstall success but issue can not clear, it still the same problem.
Check the power supply, use another one with 12V-57V.
It could be a problem of capacitos or power line inside device but it could be just faulty PSU that do not deliver enough current even if voltage is OK (LED lights)
thanks for your infor, i have try with more adaptor power , more try with rang voltage from 12- 24V, but the same. i have check main board when it can not boot, the capacitors verry hot at power area, but when it run normal, that capacity is not hot. i have try replace that capacitor , but still not solved.
