High CPU Load

Is this normal for CPU usage?

This is on a P4 2.6Ghz with 1Gbyte RAM on Mikrotik 2.9.27. Its running as a gateway router and transparent cache. It connects to the Internet via a Cisco with 4 T1 circuits. It also does p2p queuing and some firewalling. It serves a little over 400 wireless accounts and about 70 dialup lines. The moment I disable the DST-NAT redirect rule for the webproxy the CPU load drops to a little of nothing. So I assume its the proxy causing the load.

Is this high of CPU load normal?

Yes, it’s normal, as you said, its because the webproxy.
