High Session Counts Probroblem

My Netmodem is iDIRECT. I was told by my ISP that I have high session counts on my remotes, which exceeds 500. The high session counts is as a result of viruses and file sharing. I cannot open website pages, but I can listen to online audio stream. How is the way out?

The solution is easy; just download removal software or have a professional clean your computer of spyware and viruses. You might have to re-install your OS.
