Which mikrotik router has the highest packet forwarding rate? What is the ASIC used?

CCR2216-1G-12XS-2XQ, which does 197399.5Mbps @ 1518 byte packet size and 284090.5kpps @ 64 byte packet size, utilizing MarvellĀ® PresteraĀ® 98DX8525 multi-layer Ethernet switchā€™s Layer-3 Wire-Speed Routing engine. Note that this result is reached with Layer 3 Hardware Offloading and no Firewall Filter rules.

If we use those conditions (using fasttrack L3HW) then this CRS has 8x more impressive numbers:

Of course, for other tasks its CPU is much worse than the one in the CCR2216.

If CRS counts, CRS812 DDQ with MarvellĀ® PresteraĀ® 98DX7335 Ethernet Switch actually has a higher number: 810000.0kpps @ 64 byte packet size, however FastTrack and NAT connection offloading and VXLAN offloading are still in development.

BTW CRS804 DDQ has a number of whooping 0kpps @ any packet sizeā€¦ @normis time to fix the website? In practice it should have the same number of CRS812 DDQ, considering these two models only differs in ethernet port channel combinations.
