¿Holiday time in support department? Ticket without response - Hardware problem CCR2004

¿The guys of support portal its on holiday? :open_mouth:
Sorry if write in general forum, but still waitting for 4 weeks for a response from mikrotik…

My ticket support is SUP-57970, and is about a CCR2004 with last rOS and routerboot version (the last message of mikrotik was these: upgrade to last version and if fail again, send us a suppout file) and it rebooted ramdomly again (three more time until i upgraded).

there is no solution for this problem since more than a year.

The only workaround seems to be a scheduled reboots.

Yeah, i know.
But is an new CCR and was bought 5 months ago. So, the only solution will be request a RMA. I’ll hope… :frowning:

Meanwhile, i’m still waitting for mikrotik answer…
