I am not able to get the SRTPS Stream (initiated from iPhone outside of LAN/WLAN) through the Firewall …

Hmm, nope I dont use homekit.
I have appletv at home and arlo vidcams and august locks etc and they all work with my iphone behind a mikrotik with no special settings??
the special thing is to initiate a rtsp stream from external LAN/WLAN … and then establish the stream
the way is
iphone … internet … mikrotik router … appleTV … Homebridge… cam
an then back !
rtsp stream from cam to homebridge
srtsp stream from homebridge to appleTV

None of my smart devices require any special router settings, otherwise it would be a nightmare for them in terms of service support.
Many of them have had early issues even getting attached to the local wifi network but most have it down now.
i only have the problem with the rtsp video stream … everything else works perfect

Not sure what you mean but any system I am using be it ARLO, AUGUST, BLINK, SKYBELL, one does not access the home devices, one access the cloud area of the vendor.
Access to your devices travels down their connection to your equipment.
