All members who is using Rocket M2 to connect to my hotspot get removed every 5 - 10 minutes.

If your using encryption then make sure your not using WPA with tkip. UBNT has issues with tkip which could be the cause. If this is the case then simply changing to WPA AES should solve your issue.

I am assuming that your talking about outdoor wireless. Running 802.11 in a outdoor fixed wireless environment is very problematic. (One of the main reasons is the hidden node issue: http://bit.ly/1zX8Uzi ). To get around this very problematic issue you would need to run a prosperity protocol like NV2 or NStream rather then 802.11 but that will break your ability to connect a UBNT radio to the MikroTik AP. The only cross vendor outdoor wireless protocol for the WISP market that I know of is WiMax however you cannot run WiMax with either of these radios so that isn’t helpful.
I cannot guarantee that the 802.11 protocol is your problem however, if you are running outdoor wireless and you have the potential of hidden nodes then fixing a disconnect issue (which may in-fact be a hidden node issue) is probably not even worth it because you will continue to have issues until you use a protocol that is designed for outdoor wireless. In order to stabilize your outdoor fixed wireless (again an assumption) I think you either need to change your AP to UBNT and run AirMax or change your subscribers to MikroTik and run NV2. Furthermore I would much rather run MikroTik then UBNT and I have run both in outdoor fixed wireless environments.

The solution: remove the restriction by setting the Addresses Per Mac to 0 or more than 1
