HotSpot and Chromecast, some phone found but not connect

Does anyone have experience like mine.

Setup Hotspot , already put mac address of ChromeCast device to IP binding.

Most of phone connected to Chromecast and working just fine but only some little phone found ChromeCast but unable to connect.

I tested with 7 phones / old Mi (android 7) able to connect but new Mi Note (android 9) unable to connect, iPad Pro able to connect, iPhone 5s with iOS 12.4 unable to connect , Samsung S10/S20+/A50s connected just fine.

but every devices can work just fine if I disable Hotspot.

Any suggestion?

Having exactly the same problem with hotspot and chromecasts. Added the chromecast MACs to bypass but it’s very intermittent. Network is L2. Chromecast and users connect to different WiFi radios but on the same L2 bridge.

With hotspot disabled it works solidly.
