Hotspot and Purple Wifi integration

Im very much sure that I have closely followed the “user guide for mikrotik routerboard” for Purple Wifi integration and im still having problems to make it work properly.

please note that clients can obtain IP from my hotspot DHCP.

The issues im having are the ff:

1. Wall-garden is not working, no splash screen being shown during initial browse. Despite including wall-gardened sites

2. cannot properly integrate PURPLE WIFI with device. no analytics or data can be seen in the PURPLE WIFI portal

please see below config. if you need additional info please let me know. can say how much im desperate trying to make this work.

Do you have alogin.html and login.html files provided by purple?

Have you looked at Fusion WiFi? - Our system will generate a config script that you just paste into the terminal.

In addition to the other suggestions, you need to make the name of your hotspot your mikrotik’s WAN MAC ID with “-” (dashes) instead of colons.
