hotspot server can’t ping AccessPoint (10.5.50.x)
i wanna ping (tool>netwath) for check AccessPoint

I think, you must provide us with more details about the problem. Right now we can only guess what is the problem. If AccessPoint is HotSpot client, than it should be authenticated in the HotSpot before client will communicate with outer networks. To bypass HotSpot authentication for specific host:
‘ip hotspot ip-binding add address=x.x.x.x type=bypassed’.
