Hotspot DNS giving customer IPv6 for DNS when we use IPv4

recently customers complaining cant get online. we traced it down to the DNS giving out IPv6

can ping 8.8.8.8
but when you ping www.google.com it gives it the IPv6 and says network unreachable

nslookup shows IPv6 first, then lists 3-4 IPv4

How do I get the Hotspot DNS to only give the IPv4?

What about either disabling IPv6 (especially ND on the customer interfaces/bridge) or supporting IPv6 properly?
If you have it, give it to your customers, if not, disable it in the router.

it is disabled. I have no IPv6 package enabled. This just started showing up after upgrade to 6.21.1 we downgraded the 2 towers we updated after having issues , but now they are still doing it.

Try to flush the cached DNS entries.
If there are AAAA records in them, they will be served.
