Hey guys - I’m new to the whole “mikrotik craze”…or something like that.
I did a short training course and learned a whole bunch of new things. Now I’m trying to
perfect my setup. I had a hotspot with a DNS working and what I mean by that is:
I had “name” for my router that (when you where redirected to my router trying to access
the internet) appeared in the browser address bar in stead of my IP.
Now when I try doing it, it doesn’t work. I have to dissable the DNS setting in the Hotspot
window in order for the hotspot to work.
In fact, none of the DNS names I enter under IP - DNS works when I try reach them by browser.
Any body had the same problems before and know of a quick-fix??
