I am beginning my steps in the Mikrotik world! Its a great machine! 
I need to develop a HOTSPOT.
But how can i send the voucher code to the user without have to physically print or have a store to give the code to the user?
My idea is to have a page where the user regist an account and then i will give 1 or 2 minuts to the user to check her email account in order to get the voucher code.
How can i implement some thing like that?

Try a different approach, at the register page the user choose the user/pass and u activate them.
its better to use SMS service for the Username & Password
User can create there registration account on hotspot by enabling user create page in usermanager ( mikrotik)
SMS can be very expensive to me if to many users attempt to login.
