My hotspot was working smoothly.I setted up yesterday.When i wake up this morning i see that hotspot service is working but i can not connect to internet.I reset my adsl modem which supply internet to 450g ether1.After resetting my modem system started work again.
450g’s ip address is fixed at adsl modem console.
i configured dyndns to access remote.
What should i do to get through this problem?
Your question is FAR too broad for us to really be able to offer much help now. There are many things in a network that can cause problems that kill access, and without knowing your specific situation, network layout, and appropriate configuration we’ll all just be taking shots in the dark.
Start with the basics of troubleshooting.
Can the clients on the LAN talk to the LAN of the router?
Can the clients on the LAN talk to a public IP?
Can the clients on the LAN get DNS working?
Can the router itself talk to the internet?
Basically if you are on site, isolate where internet access breaks down inside of the network and work from there. If you are remote, see where remote access stops and work in from there (ping the default gateway of router, connect to router, access equipment behind the router, etc.)
problem solved thank there might be a software or hardware related problem.I will try to upgrade the software and configure again.
