We are setting up Hotspot to authenticate the MAC of our CPEs.
We do Not want users to get a splash page and “log in”.
It needs to be automatic authentication to the Radius server.
If the MAC is in the Radius server, then authentication should work.
Sometimes the MAC/IP shows up on the Hosts list but will not Authenticate unless I manually remove it from the host list which forces a retry. Then it works.
How do we get this to happen without manually logging into the router and removing them from the Hosts list.
Is there a mechanism in Hotspot to retry periodically?
