I have an MT box that has a DHCP server, Hotspot server and a PPPoE server enabled. The reason for this is we want normal customers that don’t require a routable address to use DHCP and the Hotspot to log into the system. For customers who require a routable address they will log onto the system using a router set up with the proper login information and use PPPoE. Now when DHCP and Hotspot is enabled along with PPPoE this I’ve found causes seemingly random MT Gateway Timeout errors for the customers on the Hotspot.
Is there a workaround for this setup or is MT not capable of running all these services at once?
