At this moment I have hotspot+PPPOE on the same interface and it’s working, but windows clients have disconnection problems, so I ask if I could have hotspot+PPTP on the same interface. This is possible? Please need yours help.

According to Mikrotik staff you shouldn’t.
It might work, but isn’t recommended. I would run them on different interfaces - even if it works now, it might not in future versions.
