i want to make hotspot user
working from 10 am to 10 pm for example every day
how to do it ?

There is no time available at /ip hotspot user configuration.
You can use RADIUS server (User Manager or any other), where user will be configured to work for the specific time.
Alternatively you can hack around the need for a RADIUS server by running a scheduled script at those times to log out all users with those Hotspot user profiles and then setting them to disabled, and re-enabling them at the beginning of the next time period.
Search the forums as there’s plenty of threads that discuss that. A RADIUS server would be a much, much cleaner solution, though.
