Hotspot/UserManager no valid profile problem

Hello !

I have problem with my hotspot connected to UserManager plugin. I have 100 accounts in usermanager with vaild profile connected to him.
My problem is: for example: I have account with correct profile with uptime set to 4day. I login in and everything is ok. but when I want to login in another device in 2,3 or other day i have

Sep  9 17:07:02 000konferencja201609081326 (192.168.91.46): trying to log in by http-pap
Sep  9 17:07:02 000konferencja201609081326 (192.168.91.46): local user not found
Sep  9 17:07:04 000konferencja201609081326 (192.168.91.46): login failed: no valid profile found

And next when I see in usermanager webpage on this account I see that user dosen’t have profile and start or end date is Unkown

The big problem is I dont have this problem on all acounts. I see this on 4-5 accounts in week, and all time i have this on another accounts.

I’v had the same problem and found no fix…
I’v also seen when I access my user manager from a remote location and have a packet loss or even a slow connection it seems to corrupt the user manager so always make sure you have automatic backups. Don’t like user manager, wish MikroTik would make something with a more features like fair usage policy and so on and a stable user manager.

What you use to connect usermanager from remote location. Do you use http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/API_in_C_Sharp or https://github.com/danikf/tik4net ? Or mayby something else ?

I’m talking about logging into the manager from a remote location (http://routerip/userman).

is there any solution of this problem? i encounter also this issue. its like corrupted database or something … but sometimes if you click rebuild database it will work again. hope the mikrotik can find a solution.

I have multiple sites, with +/- 50 accounts, that shows same behaviour, on random account.
As the issue as been lasting for quite some time, I’m now thinking about switching to another AAA solution.

Still a fix or workaround will be very welcome.
