How Can I Block all websites except 10 sites ?

i need help:
Currently i am using Mikrotik 2.9.27 and i want to block all sites except sites i need it

First, is there a chance for you to upgrade?
Second, you can allow your 10 places/ips and block the rest,

Or you can make static entries in the mk DNS and block other requests and have the mk as your clients DNS.

1- i upgrade my system to ver 5.20
and also i cant to do this

if you can help me in it

i want to close all sites to all clients except (gmail and yahoomail)
