How Can I Connect to my mikrotik router through winbox as my ISP is a swift modem

Hello,

I have a situation at hand.

I have a mikrotik router RB450G connected to a swift box (Huawei LTE CPE E5172 Modem) and this serves as the ISP to the router. I asked the ISP to put the modem in a bridge mode and to give me a static WAN IP.
I want to be able to connect to my mikrotik router using winbox from anywhere i am but don’t know how to go about it.
The ISP gave me only 1 WAN IP and that IP is for the Modem.
I had to use a local static IP for the mikrotik router to be able to browse.
The problem is i cant remotely log into the router over the internet.
I have tried to port forward port 8291 and the static local IP (used on the mikrotik router) from my swift modem but it still doesnt land me on the mikrotik router when i use the winbox with the WAN IP to connect to the mikrotik router rather it tells me that the Router OS has not been configured .
Please can anyone help me because i want to be able to control my mikrotik router over the internet using winbox.
Note: I have hotspot configured on the MIkrotik router.

I will appreciate experts reply or any idea that may be of help.
