i m using 4 router every router in it static ip address how can i use mikrotik to out this static ip address and use it dynamic and static every router working static and dynamics
and this will increase upload

Hi,

You may have to explain your intentions a bit clearer. I read that as you have a static IP setup you want to turn to dynamic, will this increase upload? Short answer would be No to that but please give more information so people can answer you a bit better.

I think I’m understanding this right then, so 4 ISP routers coming in and you’re effectively looking for a way to load balance across all of them?

I’d probably say you’ll need a 5th MikroTik to sit your side of the routers and do the balancing. Have you taken a look at the Mikrotik documentation for this?
