I am new to MikroTik, WinBox, and RouterOS. I was very comfortable with the usual Netgear advanced configs but I feel like I walked out of 8th grade and into a post-grad seminar…
How would I go about finding who/what is connected to my router at any given time?
Good day, there are lots of ways to see different things…
For example under IP DHCP Leases you can see all the devices that are bound.
But your best bet is go to IP Firewall and find and select the “CONNECTIONS” Tab!
Finally if you are interested in a specific result or traffic resulting from a Firewall Rule, you can always LOG PREFIX=Yes in teh firewall rule and the associated traffic will show up in the regular logs.
There are probably many other ways but that should get you started.
Im changing your name.. CZFAN no longer applies it could be anyone of the following
Echo
Parrot
Duplicate Man
Redundant Man
etc…
I normally am forgiving especially in a huge thread for repetitive post or ideas but I think this was over the top LOL.
Okay I get it, you have fallen into the habit of skimming over my posts.
Hmm I know
