Enable “Cache on disk” option under ip – webproxy.
Make sure your flash drive or sdcard is proprerly detected under files sections as /disk.

when i enable web proxy, does i need to make some settings in firewall ?

Yes, after you set up proxy make a test by adding ip/port manualy to browser then redirect all your web traffic on proxy to make it transparent. If you realy need it? Only you can have the answer. Depends on what kind of traffic your clients do and what speed is your connection.
