How many users limit ?

Dear Team,

I have RB5009UG+S+IN RouterOS license 5 , i will not use Usermanager or Hotspot , i will use DHCP Server and load balance only, i need to know What is the maximum number of active users?

This not helpful, that is shown if i use ppp or hotspot or usermanager ….etc, i would like to know what is the maximum users without any of those type of connections.. just i will use it as a DHCP Server .

Perhaps the question is a bit unclear (at least, it is to me).
Are you referring to the number of private IP addresses you can address?

In that case:
RFC 1918 name IP address range Number of addresses
24-bit block 10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255 16777216
20-bit block 172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255 1048576
16-bit block 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 65536

The DHCP server does not work with users, it works with leases.
In ROS, it is limited only by the number of IP addresses that you set in the DHCP pool. And the capabilities of the device.

Well,
If what you want to implant is not limited by the license tier, then you are not affected by your LVL 5 license limitation. What else is there to answer?
